FODIFF: Difference Between Two Fourier Maps

FODIFF performs a simple one-for-one subtraction of the scaled electron
density points on maps stored on separate bdfs. The maps must be laid out
identically and they must also both be either Fourier maps or Patterson maps.
The output is to another bdf. No printed map is possible; that should be done
with FOGEN.
