MERGOB merges intensity data from two multiple-observation bdfs and places them, still as individual measurements, on a single multiple-observation bdf. The primary bdf (the input archive bdf) is the master to which the secondary bdf (input on bdf mer) is merged. The lattice and symmetry information on lrsymm: must be the same on both of the input bdfs. The user is given the choice of merging intensities, or F values.

In order to assure that all scale groups have unique identifiers, the scale group numbers of the secondary data are incremented by the number of scalegroups in the primary data. The total number of scale groups may not exceed 64.

File Assignments

Reads primary data from the input archive bdf

Reads secondary data from bdf mer

Writes merged data to the output archive bdf
