FOGEN produces any volume of space from an electron density map containing a
minimum of one asymmetric unit of real space. The output map may be scaled and
then printed, stored on a bdf, or both. If the map is to be printed, all values
may be listed or any character may be substituted for values lying between
certain user-specified limits. There must be sufficient memory available to
store the entire input map plus one complete section of the output map. FOGEN
is applicable to all space groups.
File Assignments
Reads asymmetric map densities from file map
Optionally writes generated map points to mag
